No Babe in the Woods
29.06.05 23:21

Sometimes it is easier
To dream in fragments,
Where orphan thoughts
In all its first steps
Pave the road to hell
With good intentions.

And I see you somewhere
Jumping on rainbow beds,
Behind fathomless eyes,
And if you would but ask,
I'd say yes a thousand times
Without breathing.

You caught me
Uncertain, shuffling
Between your innocence
And spaces, and hearing
Your words declare,
You were never set in stone.

You might be able to save me,
With your effervescent girl-voice
Your little girl hands,
As you tread lightly,
On this holy mess
Of a heart.

for autumnknees who never fails to make me forget that the world is anything but mundane. For making me feel as though I am falling in love everytime I read her words.
